Job summary

PT Orion Nusantara is seeking a Sales Engineer (Electrical & Automation Product) to drive sales targets in the industrial automation market. You will generate leads, prospect new clients, and develop opportunities to increase market share while nurturing existing accounts with tailored solutions.

The role requires strong negotiation, communications and presentation skills, a proactive attitude, and fluency in English to engage with international and local clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic or Physics Engineering.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Industrial Automation market with a wide customer base.
Understanding of automation, instrumentation, related products and their applications.
Strong sales sense with ability to provide solutions and services.
Pro-active and resourceful with excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, target oriented and able to work in a team.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Achieve sales plan targets and monthly objectives.
Generate leads and market leads to grow sales.
