Job summary

We are seeking a Sales Consultant to generate and convert leads, present Ruangguru's educational solutions, and cultivate strong customer relationships.

You will manage customer data via a CRM, stay current on product developments, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma (D3/S1) in any discipline.
• Experience as Sales Consultant is a plus.
• Strong commitment to a career in sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to operate Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel for business trips.
• Own smartphone and laptop.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads into sales to reach individual and team targets.
• Conduct product presentations and advise prospective customers on Ruangguru's solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-up via the CRM system.
• Stay updated on Ruangguru products and education trends to provide recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve customer experience.
• Leverage digital platforms to deliver effective presentations and consultations.
