Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• 3 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Business Operations
• Good knowledge of people management and experience in handling a team
• Possess strong negotiation skills
• Have excellent analytical abilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage branches within the regional area to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead branch activity initiatives, including events, promotions, and marketing to drive enrollment.
• Develop work plans and targets for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual periods.
• Negotiate with schools to secure class-by-class sessions.
• Provide training to develop team skills.
• Manage Profit and Loss (PnL) and identify sales opportunities to optimize revenue.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle multiple regions.
