Job summary

Pendidikan is seeking an events and partnerships coordinator to manage end-to-end event execution, drive ticket sales, and establish partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and brands. You will pitch, negotiate, and maintain sponsor relations while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, venues, and talent to deliver successful events.

This role requires proactive networking, strong communication, the ability to meet targets and deadlines, and resilience under pressure.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, sales, marketing, sponsorship, or partnerships is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills required.
• Proactive networking and opportunity identification.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Problem solving and independence as well as team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute events from planning through implementation.
• Develop and execute ticket sales strategies aligned with targets.
• Identify and establish partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and partners.
• Conduct pitching, negotiation, and follow-up with potential sponsors and partners.
• Create and maintain databases for ticket sales and sponsorship monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, talent, and crew.
• Ensure all event requirements are prepared and executed on schedule.
• Prepare post-event evaluation and reports.
