Job summary

Pendidikan is seeking an energetic Events and Partnerships Specialist to plan and execute events from start to finish in Palembang. You will drive ticket sales, identify and secure partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and brands, and manage negotiations and follow-ups with potential partners.

You will create and maintain sponsor databases, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and ensure flawless event day execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in event, sales, marketing, sponsorship, or partnership is a plus
• Communicative, confident, and skilled in negotiation
• Proactive in identifying opportunities and strong networking abilities
• Able to work with targets and deadlines
• Problem solver and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute events from planning to implementation
• Develop and execute ticket sales strategies according to targets
• Identify and establish partnerships with sponsors, schools, communities, and partners
• Conduct pitching, negotiation, and follow-up with potential sponsors and partners
• Create databases for ticket sales and sponsorship monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, talent, and crew
• Ensure all event requirements are prepared and executed according to schedule
• Prepare post-event evaluation and reports
