Job summary

Sparks Music in Semarang is seeking an Education Consultant to advise prospective parents and students on suitable music programs. You will identify learning needs, present options, and build relationships to drive enrollment.

You will collaborate with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams to promote programs, support events, and handle inquiries with a proactive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Direct selling experience to parents and students; B2C focus.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to persuade, present programs, and close sales.

Job Description

• Consult with prospective parents and students to understand their music learning needs and recommend suitable Sparks Music programs.
• Present programs professionally, follow up with prospective customers, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of prospective and active students, and prepare sales reports accurately and on time.
• Respond to parents' inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Academic, Operations, and Marketing teams to support center growth, participate in promotional activities and events, and assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Direct Selling (B2C); experience in the education industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal communication, sales presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Proactive, service-oriented, target-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong Can-Do Attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willing to work on a shift schedule, including weekends, with days off on weekdays (Monday–Friday).
