Job summary

SEVEN Retail Group's Sparks English center in Indonesia seeks an Education Consultant (Sales Acquisition) to guide first-time customers, understand learning goals, and tailor program recommendations. You will present programs, identify upsell opportunities, manage student records, build parent trust, and guide prospects through enrollment.

This role requires face-to-face consultative sales, excellent communication, and a professional appearance at the assigned Sparks English center

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, education services, or a related field.
• Comfortable with face-to-face and consultative sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated by sales targets and incentives.
• Able to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
• Willing to work at the assigned Sparks English center.
