You will follow up with leads daily, communicate through to closing, and moderate events or webinars, while updating learner progress and handling data administration to support sales targets.

The individual in this role will follow up with prospective customers through digital platforms and provide consultation and program presentations via chat, phone calls, and face to face meetings. Daily tasks include maintaining active communication with prospective customers through to closing, acting as moderator for events or webinars, and updating customer progress along with data administration on a regular basis. The Education Consultant will play a key role in guiding prospective learners toward the right program while supporting the team's sales targets.
