Job summary

International Global Network seeks educational consultants to guide students and parents with clear, persuasive advice. You will maintain detailed follow-ups in the CRM, uphold SOP-aligned service quality, and nurture relationships with delegates, students, parents, and alumni after onboarding.

The role emphasizes retention, re-engagement, and referrals, plus assisting event prep and document completion to ensure smooth program participation.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree graduates from any major.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional, warm, and confident communication.
• Previous experience in telesales, education, or customer service is a plus.
