Job summary

PT. Edukasi Mandiri Pratama seeks a part-time sales associate to promote English 1 products, understand customer needs, and drive school enrollments through telesales and face-to-face interactions.

You will explain the learning process, tailor consultations, participate in marketing campaigns and events, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a quality learning experience for students. A university degree and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Prefer 1 year experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sales, persuasive ability, and target orientation.
• Self-motivated, flexible, able to work under pressure.
• Good organizational and English communication skills.
• Pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Introduce English 1 product and understand customers’ needs.
• Drive sales through telesales and face-to-face interactions.
• Invite customers to English 1 center and provide professional consultations.
• Describe learning process and maintain sales targets.
• Understand products and comply with sales policies; participate in training.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure good study experience.
• Develop relationships and obtain referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and events (Expo, Open House, school visits, etc.).

Job description

• Responsible to introduce English 1 product and understand customers need. They have to build relationships with customers and achieve school sales targets.
• Drive sales of education programs through telesales and face to face interaction with customers
• Invite customers to English 1 center and give professional consultations to introduce English 1 English course and study plan according to customers need
• To describe English 1’s learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales target
• To fully understand English 1’s products and program, comply with standardized sales policies and process and to actively participate in ongoing sales training program and seminars
• Work with other departments to make sure customers get good study experience
• Develop good relationships with customers and get referrals
• Consistently achieve monthly SALES TARGET through new student sales
• Develop, participate, and execute marketing campaign and sales events such as Expo, Open House, School visit, Open Table, Life Club, etc

Requirements:

• Part Time Contract
• University graduate, Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent
• Preferable with experience in Marketing, Sales, service, consulting or education line with 1 year experience
