Job summary

PT Bangun Putra Pesaka is hiring a Staff EDI (Export-Import) specialist for the Export-Import division. You will manage export-import data through the EDI system, prepare and verify customs documents, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data and timely clearance.

The role requires understanding of export-import administration, EDI systems, and relevant documents (PEB, PIB, Invoice, Packing List, B/L/Air Waybill).

Qualifications

• Understanding of export-import administration processes.
• Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
• Understanding of export-import documents such as PEB, PIB, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage export-import data through the EDI system
• Prepare and verify customs documents
• Coordinate with relevant parties in the export-import process
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data and documents
• Monitor customs clearance process
• Store and archive export-import documents
