Job summary

PT. MAJU BERSAMA GEMILANG (MBG) is seeking an Export/Import administrator to join our Semarang team. You will handle PPKEK import/export documentation, BC 2.5 data, and coordinate with forwarders for shipping and receiving goods.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in any major and at least 1 year of EXIM experience, preferably in a bonded zone or SEZ. This role involves document administration, payments management, and generating weekly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Experience in EXIM min 1 years (Bonded Zone / SEZ preferable)

Responsibilities

• Create PPKEK Import and Export documents
• Create BC 2.5 documents and conversion data
• Coordinate with Forwarder for Shipping management
• Coordinate with related departments regarding shipping and receiving goods
• Administration of hardcopy and softcopy documents
• Manage payments and create weekly report
