Job summary

bukuwarung is seeking a Merchant Success Executive in Indonesia to grow our SME base by promoting and installing EDC machines, driving sales, and maintaining strong merchant relationships. You will ensure merchants have access to reliable payment tools and support their growth.

Travel to merchant sites using a motorcycle, negotiate deals, and meet sales targets while collaborating with teams to refine offerings in a fast-paced payments environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Owns a motorcycle and has SIM C for mobility.
• Experience in motorized sales or canvassing is beneficial.
• Background in cigarette sales, order-taking, internet, or oil shows versatility.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with merchants.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sales opportunities to install EDC machines among SMEs.
• Negotiate with potential clients to generate sales and secure deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strengthen relationships with existing merchants using EDC machines.
• Provide excellent service and support to merchants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share market insights.
• Document and report sales activities and feedback to refine strategies.
