Job summary

PT Ultra Sakti seeks an experienced e-commerce leader to drive performance across online channels in Jakarta. You will plan pricing, promotions, merchandising, and campaigns to hit sales and profitability targets.

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across marketplaces and digital channels to grow revenue, expand reach, and optimize profitability; set channel targets and monitor insights for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have experience in e-commerce leadership and digital channel management.
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into commercial actions.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall e-commerce channel performance through planning, pricing, promotions, merchandising, and campaign execution.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies across marketplaces and digital channels to achieve sales, growth, and profitability targets.
• Set channel targets and evaluate sales, customer, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including account management, live streaming, affiliates, ensuring product availability and campaign readiness.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketplace partners to support business growth and address key commercial and operational matters.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the e-commerce team to strengthen capabilities and achieve department objectives.
• Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Creative, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of e-commerce initiatives.
