Job summary

PT MAP AKTIF ADIPERKASA is seeking a seasoned ecommerce leader to maximize online sales across brand websites and marketplaces in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. You will shape product placement, promotions, and cross-sell strategies while coordinating with regional teams to meet ambitious regional budgets.

The role requires extensive analytics, strong stakeholder skills, and travel within the region. The ideal candidate has over a decade in ecommerce, deep understanding of the funnel, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 10+ years in ecommerce with regional or managerial experience.
• Proven track record delivering online sales targets across brand websites and marketplaces.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce funnel drivers: traffic, conversion rate, AOV.
• Experience with JBPs, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Knowledge of merchandising fundamentals: allocation, SOH, sell-through, assortment depth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales revenue across ecommerce channels per budget with traffic and conversion focus.
• Collaborate with third-party marketplaces for JBPs, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with brand merchandising for SKU allocation and depth per channel.
• Develop promotional and campaign plans aligned to strategy and budget.
• Manage onsite product placement and hierarchy to optimize conversion.
• Produce end-to-end ecommerce reporting: sales, SOH, sell-through, traffic.
• Use analytics tools for competition analysis and strategic planning.
• Partner with CRM to drive cross-sell onsite and offsite.
• Coordinate with country Commercial Managers to hit regional sales budgets.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams: brand, merchandising, marketing, CRM, operations, supply chain.
