Job summary

Casa Luna Group in Ubud, Bali, is seeking an E-Commerce Staff to join Honeymoon Guest House. You will support online reservations, manage listings, rates, and availability across Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Airbnb, and assist with online promotions.

Strong English and reliable teamwork are preferred. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in e-commerce or online bookings, are detail-oriented, and can work independently or with a team in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online reservations, or related field.
• Familiar with online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Airbnb.
• Able to manage room listings, rates, availability, and reservations.
• Good command of English and strong communication skills.

Casa Luna Group is a hospitality group in Ubud, Bali, encompassing Casa Luna Restaurant, Indus Restaurant, and Honeymoon Guesthouse, including Honeymoon Kitchen and Honeymoon Bakery. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce, online reservations, or a related field.
• Familiar with online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Airbnb.
• Able to manage room listings, rates, availability, and reservations.
• Familiar with online promotions and digital marketing is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
