Job summary

Henkel Indonesia in Surabaya is seeking a Territory Sales Engineer for the Automotive Repairing Aftermarket Segment. You will drive sales growth, manage distributor accounts, acquire new customers, and ensure strong brand presence in East Java.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive sales, a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business, and fluency in English and Indonesian. Travel across the region is expected, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in Automotive Repairing Aftermarket is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans and strategies to grow customer base.
• Develop and implement account plans for each distributor.
• Achieve sales/distribution targets within territory.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and loyalty.
• Collaborate with KAM and Sales teams on priorities and pricing.
• Work with Tech Customer Service on line trials and issues.
• Travel extensively within the region to cover stores/workshops.
