Job summary

Atlas Copco Indonesia is seeking a Sales Engineer in Jakarta to drive growth in the motor vehicle sector. The role focuses on engaging customers, understanding needs, and delivering tailored technical solutions to meet business objectives.

You will nurture relationships, generate leads, and present proposals and quotations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
• Strong technical aptitude to explain complex products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through outreach and networking.
• Assess customer requirements and provide technical advice and recommendations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations and communicate value propositions.
