Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Sales Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Wholesale to manage the Central Java sales team and ensure attainment of targets while safeguarding receivables. The role involves field visits, audits, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Logistics, and Management. Semarang-based or willing to relocate.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in sales, preferably in pharma distribution, with strong leadership and driving license. Travel across Central Java is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably as Sales Supervisor/Area Supervisor.
• Experience in pharmaceutical distributors, OTC, FMCG, consumer goods, or distribution companies is an advantage.
• Understanding of distributor management, outlets, sales targets, receivables, TOP and credit limits.
• Assertive, meticulous, with high integrity, and willing to cross-check team reports.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Accustomed to working with targets while performing control functions.
• Possess a Class A and/or Class C driving license and willing to undertake official travel.
• Willing to travel throughout Central Java region, conduct joint visits with sales, field audits, and stay overnight outside the city if required.
• Domiciled in Semarang or willing to be placed in Semarang.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the pharmacy/wholesale sales team.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets and quality and security of customer receivables.
• Conduct joint visits with sales to customers for sales development, collection, and problem resolution in the field.
• Conduct routine field visits and audits, including cross-checking outlet conditions, transactions, invoices, payments, credit limits, TOP, and sales activities.
• Ensure all sales staff implement company SOPs, including order procedures, delivery, billing, cash deposits, and customer administration.
• Monitor aging receivables and take swift action against customers who are late in payment or at risk.
• Verify customer conditions and credit eligibility before proposing credit limit increases.
• Investigate and report any unusual transactions, documents, or sales/customer activities.
• Create visit reports, audit results, field problems, and follow-up action plans for management.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Tax (FAT), logistics, and management departments.
