Sugarbaby, a leading baby goods company in Indonesia, seeks an E-Commerce Warehouse Manager to supervise end-to-end warehouse operations and ensure efficient order fulfillment for multiple marketplaces. You will lead manpower planning, implement SOPs, and drive inventory accuracy and cost efficiency.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to optimize warehouse performance during peak campaigns.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace warehouse operations is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in establishing, structuring, or improving warehouse operations, SOPs, and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, manpower planning, productivity management, and warehouse cost control.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop operational KPIs, reporting systems, and data-driven improvement plans.

Mansioni

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations and order fulfillment across multiple e-commerce marketplaces, including order processing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns management.
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of marketplace orders, particularly during peak campaigns, double-date events, and flash sales, while meeting platform service-level requirements.
• Develop manpower planning, workforce allocation, and productivity targets based on order forecasts, marketplace campaign schedules, and operational requirements.
• Develop and implement warehouse SOPs, workflows, and control systems to improve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and accountability.
• Establish warehouse KPIs and reporting systems to monitor operational performance, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Manage inventory reconciliation, stock discrepancies, returns, and logistics claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up with relevant parties.
• Control warehouse operational budgets, including manpower, overtime, and packaging materials, while leading the warehouse team and driving continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination.
