Job summary

Bloomē is seeking an Operations Manager in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will own the end‑to‑end stock-to-customer flow across all channels, working with the founder in a high‑autonomy role to tighten what works and build what doesn’t.

You’ll lead a warehouse team and coordinate with marketplace platforms for listings, inventory, and campaigns. The role covers warehouse operations, marketplace health, and operational systems, with a focus on accuracy, speed, and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations, with direct hands‑on experience managing warehouse, fulfillment, and marketplace operations.
• Direct working experience with Indonesian marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) at an operational level.
• Background in e-commerce, consumer goods, or a brand with a physical retail component.
• Comfortable with WMS/ERP systems and confident in Excel or Google Sheets
• Able to read basic financial reports and work productively with a finance team
• Experience hiring, onboarding, and managing admin and operational staff

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and outbound fulfillment across all channels.
• Oversee receiving-to-system-entry and stock data integrity.
• Manage POs and inbound goods with suppliers.
• Set fulfillment SLAs across channels.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team.
• Direct marketplace admins to ensure listings and inventory sync.
• Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with operations.
• Monitor order processing, returns, and reviews.
• Deliver SOPs and reporting rhythms; partner with finance on cost data.
• Rebuild stock opname and multi-location inventory ahead of new outlets.
