Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Yogyakarta to oversee end-to-end warehouse processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. You will monitor KPIs, drive process improvements, and lead a team to meet daily targets and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehouse/ logistics with supervisory experience, proficient in WMS and MS Excel, and capable of coordinating cross-functional teams within a fast-moving e-commerce environment in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of warehouse ops with supervisory experience.
• Experience with KPI/SLA reporting and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain a safe, clean, and organized working area.
• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and target achievement.
• Oversee end-to-end Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes.
• Control operational activities based on KPIs and SLA targets.
• Manage manpower allocation and operational team schedules.
• Develop team performance, discipline, and operational competencies.
• Coordinate with related departments to support smooth operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and performance.
