Job summary

PT. SUPER CREATION INDONESIA in Indonesia is seeking a Shopee operations assistant to manage Shopee Indonesia store activities, including listing, title and description optimization, pricing, and stock control.

The role requires Mandarin fluency, basic Excel skills, and a detail-oriented, proactive attitude. You will support campaigns, handle inquiries, and perform daily data entry under supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above (D3/S1).
• Able to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin) – Mandatory.
• Basic Excel skills, including data entry, filtering, and sorting.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn Shopee's e-commerce rules and operations.

• Handle buyer inquiries, after-sales support, and translation to maintain good customer service and store ratings.
• Collect competitor and market data, and prepare basic reports using Excel.
• Register for platform campaigns, set up vouchers and flash sales, and monitor campaign performance.
• Perform daily data entry and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
