Job summary

PT Noolie Kesehatan Rakyat Indonesia in Jakarta seeks a motivated student or fresh graduate to join our e-commerce team. The role focuses on supporting daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces, with a strong emphasis on data and analysis.

You will monitor listings, prices, promotions, stock, and track sales metrics like GMV, orders, conversion rate, and ROAS. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and good English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in CS, Math, Statistics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English with good communication.
• Experience in data analysis is a plus.
• Familiar with Shopee or TikTok Shop or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Job description

Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces.

Track daily sales and advertising performance, including GMV, orders, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Analyze e-commerce data and provide insights to improve sales performance.

Currently pursuing a degree or a fresh graduate in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
Preferably from Universitas Indonesia (UI) or Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with data analysis is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Able to work with targets, deadlines, and multiple tasks.
Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in spoken and written English, with good communication skills.
