Job summary

Shopee is seeking a dedicated Seller Support Specialist in Indonesia to serve as the primary contact for assigned sellers. You will help sellers participate in campaigns, manage promotions, and resolve operational issues.

In this role you will monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Logistics. You will also prepare basic reports and insights for internal stakeholders to drive seller success.
