Job summary

Fabrica Trading Co., Limited is seeking an energetic e-commerce professional to build and expand our online presence in Jakarta. You will manage sales channels, handle inquiries, and optimize product listings while supporting future marketplace launches.

The role involves coordinating with management and operations to grow the B2C business, with basic English preferred and a commission-based attractive compensation. Training will be provided to advance product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Familiar with Apple & Samsung products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Galaxy, etc.)
• Basic to intermediate English communication preferred.

About you:

Male/Female, aged 25-40

Experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer service, or digital marketing is a plus

Familiar with Apple & Samsung products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Galaxy, etc.)

Able to handle online inquiries & customer communication professionally

Strong communication skills & customer-oriented mindset

Basic to intermediate English communication skills preferred

Self-motivated & willing to grow with a fast-moving business

Basic salary + attractive commission structure
