Job summary

Fabrica Trading Co., Limited is seeking an energetic e-commerce professional to build and expand our online presence in Jakarta. You will manage sales channels, handle inquiries, and optimize product listings while supporting future marketplace launches.

The role involves coordinating with management and operations to grow the B2C business, with basic English preferred and a commission-based attractive compensation. Training will be provided to advance product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, online sales, customer service, or digital marketing.
• Familiar with Apple & Samsung products (iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Galaxy, etc.)
• Basic to intermediate English communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build & manage e-commerce sales channels from the ground up.
• Handle customer inquiries & online sales activities.
• Create, manage & update product listings on future e-commerce platforms (once launched).
• Support future marketplace operations.
• Assist with digital campaigns and promotions.
• Work closely with management to grow the B2C business.
• Coordinate with internal operations & supply chain teams.
