Job summary

PT. Mulia Jaya Abadi is seeking an E-Commerce Sales Admin to join our Denpasar team. This full-time, on-site role will manage product listings, monitor online sales, handle customer inquiries, and support digital marketing efforts to drive revenue.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, in a fast-paced environment requiring strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in e-commerce operations or online sales administration.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, digital sales, and order management systems.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Sales Admin to join our team in Denpasar. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce operations. The role involves overseeing online sales activities, maintaining accurate product listings, managing customer inquiries, analyzing sales performance, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 18.00

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and stock availability on e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor daily online sales performance and prepare sales reports and data analysis.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate order processing, payment confirmation, and delivery follow-ups.
• Support digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve online customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital sales, and order management systems.
