Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia seeks a candidate to manage a category of smart wearables or mobile accessories and coordinate operational strategies across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

You will analyze lifecycle operations, perform weekly market analyses, and collaborate with internal teams to drive promotions and new product launches in a fast-paced environment. English will be used as the working language for daily cross-national communication.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years experience operating e-commerce categories (consumer electronics) preferred.
• Familiar with core operational logic of at least two platforms: Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong data analysis skills and good logical thinking.
• English can be used as a working language for cross-national collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one category of smart wearables or mobile accessories and coordinate operational strategies across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Conduct weekly market analyses to identify price ranges, selling points, and content opportunities; report findings and plans.
• Coordinate internal teams (operations, influencers/KOLs, platforms, products) to promote major promotions and launches; escalate when resources are insufficient.
