Job summary

Transsion is seeking a category operations role based in Jakarta, focusing on consumer electronics accessories. You will own end-to-end category operations across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop—driving growth, testing new products, and optimizing profitability.

The role requires 1–2 years in e-commerce ops, strong data skills, and the ability to work with cross-national teams; English is a working language. You will coordinate with internal teams for major promotions and new launches.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience operating e-commerce categories, consumer electronics preferred.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop/platform logic and growth cases.
• Strong data-analytic skills to break down issues using traffic, conversion, AV, gross margin.
• Category operator mindset with product-sense to balance performance vs branding.
• English can be used as a working language for cross-national collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of a category across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Manage full lifecycle operations from selection to testing and growth.
• Conduct weekly market analyses and identify opportunities and gaps.
• Translate user needs in Indonesia into product requirements with HQ collaboration.
• Lead pricing strategy and review SKU profitability across stages.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners for promotions and launches.
