You will lead a team, refine processes, manage inventory forecasts, monitor website performance, and collaborate with marketing for promotions and product launches, while driving efficiency and cost reductions in a dynamic digital space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Operations Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, fulfillment, and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations including orders, fulfillment, shipping and returns.
• Oversee inventory levels and forecasting to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
• Implement and refine e-commerce processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales for promotions and product launches.
• Monitor website performance and customer feedback to identify improvements.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce operations team with a customer-centric approach.
