Job summary

Permata Indonesia is seeking an E-Operation Executive to manage end-to-end e-commerce stock operations and physical distribution. You will ensure product availability, timely order fulfilment, and smooth operations across our online channels, working with multiple teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in supply chain, fluent English, and strong skills in SAP, Excel, and Power BI. You will monitor inventories, drive process improvements, and present performance updates in English to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain or project supply chain.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) to conduct meetings and deliver presentations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce stock operations and physical distribution to ensure product availability and on-time delivery across online channels.
• Minimize order cancellations and prevent delays by monitoring fulfillment closely and acting early on issues.
• Maintain stock accuracy between physical inventory and system records, minimizing overstock/deadstock risk.
• Extract and analyze data from multiple systems (SAP, Excel, Power BI) to build dashboards and track operational KPIs.
• Ensure operational processes run according to the defined calendar, and proactively identify and resolve inefficiencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (warehouse, logistics, sales, IT, finance) and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Guide and manage team members to deliver operational targets.
• Prepare and present operational performance updates, including in English required.
• Manage multiple priorities under pressure with a proactive, can-do approach.
