Job summary

Arya Noble is seeking a senior operations leader to optimize e-channel performance from Jakarta. The role focuses on forecasting, inventory readiness, and campaign execution across all e-commerce channels, ensuring seamless product launches and accurate demand planning.

You will coordinate with marketing, sales, and logistics to translate plans into actionable activities, drive efficiency, and maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Management, General Management, or related field.
• Min. 4 years in Retail Industry, 2 years in leading team.
• Relevant knowledge in E-commerce, Retail, and Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-channel performance, sales trends, forecast accuracy, inventory movement, and execution gaps to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop operational plans and sales forecasts by integrating historical data, campaign calendars, seasonality, and targets.
• Prepare and manage readiness plans for product launches, campaigns, inventory, and peak periods to ensure seamless execution.
• Translate plans into executable activities with inventory readiness and system configuration across e-channels.
• Drive continuous improvement by addressing process gaps and improving efficiency and service levels across e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end e-channel operations including forecasting, inventory, launches, campaigns, order fulfillment, and daily control.
• Monitor performance against forecasts and targets, take corrective actions, and coordinate with teams to resolve issues.
• Develop and deliver performance reports on forecast accuracy, inventory health, campaign execution, risks, and actionable recommendations.
• Manage and control operational budgets including promo funding, stock deployment, and related costs.

• Develop operational plans and sales forecasts by integrating historical performance, campaign calendars, seasonality, and business targets to ensure operational readiness, and effective execution across e-commerce channels
• Develop and manage operational readiness plans for each e-commerce channel, including product launches, campaign execution, inventory preparation, and peak-period readiness to ensure seamless operational execution
• Translate approved commercial and marketing plans into executable operational activities by ensuring inventory readiness, system configuration, operational feasibility, and execution alignment across all e-channels
• Drive continuous operational improvement by identifying process gaps, implementing corrective actions, and enhancing operational efficiency, service levels, and execution quality across e-commerce channels
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams as well as external partners to ensure timely and effective execution of commercial and operational initiatives
• Oversee and manage end-to-end e-channel operations, including sales forecasting, inventory readiness, product launch execution, campaign operations, order fulfillment, and daily operational control to ensure business continuity and operational excellence
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance against forecasts, service levels, and business targets, leading corrective actions and cross-functional coordination to resolve operational issues and improve execution performance
• Develop and deliver operational performance reports by analyzing forecast accuracy, inventory health, operational efficiency, campaign execution, key risks, and actionable recommendations to support management decision-making
• Manage and control operational sales budgets, including promo funding, stock deployment, and execution-related costs, ensuring efficient allocation while maintaining profitability and operational sustainability.
