Job summary

Aqua Elektronik in Jakarta is seeking a skilled Marketing/Ecommerce Manager to lead online promotions, manage campaigns, and develop the ecommerce calendar and budget.

You will provide sales analysis, forecasts, dealer relations, and insights on customer trends to support assortment and improve the online customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economy, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word) and able to analyze data.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with ecommerce channels and manage promotions.
• Develop and manage ecommerce promotional calendar, marketing programs and budget.
• Provide analysis and reporting on sales metrics and promotional performance.
• Forecast monthly sales and manage AR with dealers.
• Ensure product stock is available on platforms and assist with assortment insights.
• Support ongoing projects and test new developments to improve the online customer experience.

Job description

• Maintain good relationships with ecommerce channel
• Managing and executing promotional campaigns
• Developing and managing the ecommerce promotional calendar, marketing programs and budget
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
• Perform monthly sales forecasts
• Running AR Management to dealers
• Create a product sales menu that will be offered to dealers
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
• Tracks and analysis sales results from newsletter and social media traffic
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Ensuring the stock of products offered at platform is available
• Provides detailed market analysis and competitor benchmarks while identifying and reporting on current fashion trends
• Facilitates upcoming and ongoing projects, and test new developments to better the customer experience online

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Marketing/Economy/Management/Business Administration or any field.
• At least 3 years experiences in related field
• Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress
