Job summary

RHA Global Group in BSD City, Tangerang Selatan, is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage daily operations of our online stores and marketplace accounts. You will optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer service across Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Blibli, and other platforms, with a focus on sales growth and marketplace performance.

The role requires 2–4 years in e-commerce and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or marketplace management.
• Proven hands-on experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce stores.
• Strong experience with platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Blibli.
• Good understanding of marketplace operations, order management, product listing, pricing, promotions, inventory, and customer service.
• Strong ability to analyze sales data, marketplace performance, and product performance.
• Good knowledge of Excel / Microsoft Office or Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site at BSD City, Tangerang Selatan.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain daily operations of the company's online stores and marketplace accounts.
• Manage product listings, including product names, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and product categories.
• Monitor and optimize stores on platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Blibli and other marketplaces.
• Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and pricing across platforms.
• Run promotions, vouchers, discounts, bundles, and flash sales.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve marketplace performance.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies and trends.
• Collaborate with purchasing, finance, customer service, and management teams.
