Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist on a 6-month contract to manage day-to-day operations of online stores across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia, ensuring accurate product listings and promotional activities.

You will coordinate with pricing, warehouse, ops, and CS teams, support campaign execution, monitor performance, and handle basic troubleshooting, with the ability to work independently and join immediately.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in managing e-commerce marketplaces (TikTok Shop / Shopee / Tokopedia).
• Familiar with seller center tools and marketplace features.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of online stores across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings (pricing, stock, descriptions, photos, promotions).
• Monitor order processing, fulfillment status, cancellations, and returns.
• Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, warehouse, ops, CS) to ensure smooth order flow.
• Support campaign execution (flash sale, promo, payday, etc.) on each marketplace.
• Monitor store performance (sales, traffic, conversion) and prepare simple performance reports.
• Ensure store compliance with each platform's policies and operational standards.
• Handle basic troubleshooting related to product, order, or system issues in marketplaces.

• Available for 6-month contract and able to join immediately (preferred)
