Job summary

CCSI (Creating Creative Solution & Improvement) is hiring a Marketplace/E-Commerce Specialist in Surabaya. You will manage stores across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop, optimize listings, plan promotions, and oversee ads to drive traffic and sales.

Candidates should have a minimum 1 year of relevant experience, be proficient in Seller Centers, and capable of data analysis with Excel/Google Sheets while coordinating with multiple teams to hit targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Marketplace/E-Commerce Specialist.
• Proficient in Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop Seller Centers.
• Understanding of campaigns, marketplace ads, and product listing optimization.
• Able to process and analyze data using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, communicative, and target-driven.
• Updated on latest marketplace trends and features.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational performance of stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, categories, pricing, stock, and display.
• Plan and execute promotional programs including campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, bundling, and free shipping.
• Manage and optimize Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, and TikTok Shop Ads.
• Monitor product and store performance based on traffic, conversion rate, sales/GMV, ROAS, and other indicators.
• Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and sales across each marketplace.
• Analyze products, pricing, promotions, and competitor strategies.
• Ensure stock, pricing, promotions, and product information are accurate and consistent across all marketplaces.
• Maintain account health, store ratings, and ensure marketplace operations comply with policies.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Content, Customer Service, and Warehouse/Operational teams regarding campaigns, stock, promotions, and sales needs.
