Job summary

PT. ANUGRAH KONSULTASI BISNIS INDONESIA in North Jakarta seeks an e-commerce coordinator to manage TikTok Shop and Shopee daily operations, listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and store performance.

You will optimize TikTok Ads and Shopee Ads, analyze sales, traffic and ROAS, and develop strategies to boost traffic, conversion, and sales. On-site work in Pluit, Mandarin-speaking clients interactions may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or online store management.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Proficient in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with e-commerce metrics such as sales, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS, and advertising performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and relevant e-commerce tools.
• Willing to work on-site in Pluit, North Jakarta.

• Communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking clients, suppliers, or business partners when required.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights based on store and advertising performance.
