Job summary

Lazada Group in Indonesia is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage product listings in Seller Center and maintain accurate master data for stores and SKUs. The role focuses on ensuring guideline-compliant listings, monitoring PDP content scores, and driving corrective actions for low-scoring listings.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years in operations or e-commerce, and strong Excel/Sheets skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• 2 years minimum of experience in Operations, E-commerce, or Retail.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis (e.g., content scores, listing health, operational metrics).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience working with e-commerce back-office or seller management systems (e.g., Seller Center) is an advantage.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings in Seller Center, ensuring complete, accurate, and guideline-compliant listing information for all assigned stores.
• Maintain the master data of stores and SKUs, and keep store information, categories, attributes, and product relationships up to date.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve the content score quality of our Product Detail Pages (PDP), and drive corrective actions on low-scoring listings.
• Set up and maintain listing requirements in our system, including shelf life, inbound restrictions, ban rules, and other compliance configurations.
• Monitor listing health and operational reports, identify anomalies or recurring issues, and follow up on resolutions.
• Escalate any system issues as needed to relevant technical or troubleshooting teams, with clear documentation and reproduction details to enable fast resolution.
• Support campaign and promotional preparation by ensuring listings, data, and content are ready ahead of launch timelines.
• Handle ad-hoc operational tasks related to store and listing operations.
