PT Surya Bumi Retailindo, a fast-growing retailer in cycling, running, fashion and lifestyle, seeks an E-Commerce Supervisor to drive online sales across multiple brands and platforms, including Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. You will lead the e-commerce team, develop sales strategies, and coordinate with Brand, Marketing and Warehouse to ensure stock readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in E-Commerce, Marketplace Management, or Digital Sales, preferably in retail or multi-brand businesses.
• 1–2 years of experience supervising or leading an e-commerce team.
• Proven experience managing multiple brands across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of marketplace campaigns, sales strategies, platform optimization, and e-commerce performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

• Lead and supervise the e-commerce team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and team development.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives to achieve business targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, product assortment, and content optimization to improve visibility and conversion.
• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, Warehouse, and other internal teams to ensure stock availability and campaign readiness.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
