Job summary

MULTITREND Indo Tbk is seeking an E-commerce Executive to grow and manage our online presence across our brand website and e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in a consumer goods environment with hands-on digital marketing, SEO, and marketplace campaign management using Anchanto.

Responsibilities include content and campaign management for Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, price monitoring, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role.
• Proficient in SEO principles and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with Anchanto or similar e-commerce/OMS platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and stay updated on the company’s consumer goods product offerings to effectively manage e-commerce content and campaigns.
• Manage daily operations of our brand website and multiple marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada), including product listing accuracy and categorization, stock syncing and order flow.
• Monitor price competitiveness and promotion calendars; optimize pricing and promotional campaigns to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue across marketplaces.
• Work with digital marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns (paid search, Google Ads, SEO improvements, email marketing).
• Optimize product pages and online content to support SEO performance and improve organic traffic.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, traffic, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
