Job summary

PT Seahub Media Indonesia, a fast-growing e-commerce agency, seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia and other marketplaces. You will lead live streaming, content, and sales teams to hit sales, GMV, and revenue targets.

You will coordinate with Product, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance and Customer Service, analyze sales data and market trends, and drive marketplace strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in E-commerce or online sales.
• Experience managing e-commerce stores and live commerce.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and sales strategies.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all e-commerce stores (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.).
• Develop strategies to achieve sales, GMV, and revenue targets.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, and product performance.
• Lead and develop Live Streaming & Online Sales strategies.
• Monitor sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Lead and coordinate the e-commerce, live streaming, content, and sales teams.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
