Job summary

PT Surya Bumi Retailindo is seeking an e-commerce performance specialist to drive sales growth across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. You will plan campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize listings to boost visibility and conversions.

The role requires 2+ years in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, with a focus on data-driven decision making and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a performance or campaign-focused role.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance (traffic, conversion, sales) to generate actionable insights
• Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, visuals, pricing, keywords) to improve visibility and conversion
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and trends to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, and brand) to ensure campaign readiness and stock alignment
• Maintain store performance metrics, including ratings, chat responsiveness, and overall customer experience
• Prepare regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) with clear recommendations for improvement
