• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Merchandise Planning.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team coordination experience.
• Hands-on experience in buying processes and product assortment management.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and inventory management skills.

• Supervise merchandise planning, forecasting, and purchasing activities across multiple brands.
• Lead and participate in buying activities, including seasonal plans and assortment planning.
• Monitor Purchase Orders for accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee inventory performance, stock replenishment, and product availability.
• Supervise and guide the merchandising team to ensure effective execution of daily activities and targets.
• Coordinate with Brand, Import, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Principals for smooth purchasing processes.
• Analyze sales trends, sell-through, and inventory performance to identify opportunities.
• Identify potential buying and inventory risks and drive process improvements.

As a Merchandising Supervisor, you will oversee merchandise planning, forecasting, buying, and purchasing activities across multiple brands. This role involves hands‑on buying activities for assigned brands, inventory performance monitoring, and supervising the merchandising team to ensure effective product assortment, stock availability, and business performance.

Key responsibilities

Supervise merchandise planning, forecasting, and purchasing activities across multiple brands

Lead and participate in buying activities, including seasonal buying plans, product selection, and assortment planning for assigned brands

Monitor Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and timely processing

Oversee inventory performance, stock replenishment, and product availability

Supervise and guide the merchandising team to ensure effective execution of daily activities and targets

Coordinate with Brand, Import, Warehouse, Sales, Finance, and Principals to ensure smooth purchasing processes and product flow

Analyze sales trends, sell-through, and inventory performance to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations

Identify potential buying and inventory risks while driving process improvements

About you

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or Merchandise Planning, preferably in retail or multi-brand businesses

At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team coordination role

Hands‑on experience in buying processes, merchandise planning, and product assortment management

Strong analytical, forecasting, and inventory management skills

Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple brands and priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
