Job summary

MixWork Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced e-Commerce Account Manager for its Singapore-based client, with a focus on leading the company’s eCommerce channels including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and marketplaces.

The role drives sales, traffic, and margin, and guides the eCommerce team to achieve key KPIs. You will plan campaigns with brands and Marketing, oversee listings, pricing and stock, manage ads spend, and collaborate with IT, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5 years of experience in eCommerce or marketplace account management.
• Education: a degree in Management, Communications or Information Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, marketplaces and TikTok Shop seller centres, including managing ads campaigns and ad spend.
• Experience leading an eCommerce team.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own overall eCommerce channel performance across the company’s Shopify website, TikTok Shop and relevant marketplaces, including sales, traffic and margin.
• Lead the eCommerce team to achieve the set KPIs.
• Track and report performance on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Plan and execute campaigns, and propose activations and livestreams with brands and Marketing to meet KPIs.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, content and stock availability across channels, including managing the Shopify store’s product catalogue, promotions and storefront content.
• Collaborate with IT, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service on site performance and fulfilment.
• Manage ads budget and return on ad spend with Marketing.
• Analyse sales data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
