Job summary

Torch is seeking a Channel Executive (Malaysia) to drive e-commerce channel performance across TikTok Shop and Shopee Malaysia. You will manage day-to-day operations, execute campaigns, analyze data, and optimize affiliate programs to hit GMV, sales, and profitability targets.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate with marketing and product teams, and implement growth initiatives to strengthen the brand's presence in the Malaysia marketplace ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• At least 1 year in e-commerce or marketplace roles.
• Experience with TikTok Shop or Shopee preferred.
• Strong understanding of GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and funnel metrics.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor GMV, sales, orders, traffic, conversion, and ROAS across TikTok Shop and Shopee Malaysia.
• Manage daily Seller Center operations to ensure smooth channel performance.
• Execute and optimize campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and platform activities.
• Analyze channel, campaign, traffic, product, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor product pricing, stock availability, and assortment.
• Develop and manage affiliate recruitment, activation, campaigns, and evaluation.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve content and promotions.
• Monitor shop health, ratings, reviews, and operational issues impacting performance.
• Support channel growth strategies for TikTok Shop and Shopee Malaysia.
