Job summary

Facetology mencari pemimpin e-commerce untuk mengembangkan strategi dan mengelola marketplace di berbagai platform seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, dan TikTok Shop. Anda akan memimpin kampanye besar, menganalisis tren pasar, dan berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan.

Qualifications

• Gelar Sarjana di bidang terkait.
• Pengalaman 3–5 tahun di e-commerce atau manajemen marketplace.
• Pengalaman mengelola marketplace seperti Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, atau TikTok Shop.
• Pengalaman merencanakan dan menjalankan kampanye marketplace berskala besar.
• Kemampuan analitik untuk menginterpretasikan data menjadi strategi.

Responsibilities

• Mengembangkan dan mengeksekusi strategi e-commerce untuk peningkatan pendapatan.
• Analisa tren pasar, perilaku konsumen, dan kompetitor untuk peluang pertumbuhan.
• Merencanakan dan memimpin kampanye marketplace end-to-end (mega campaigns, product launches, flash sales).
• Memantau KPI seperti trafik, konversi, AOV, dan kinerja penjualan.
• Memimpin tim e-commerce untuk efisiensi operasional dan eksekusi kampanye yang kuat.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim pemasaran, afiliasi, live streaming, layanan pelanggan, dan logistik.

Job description

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth across marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, Blibli, etc.).
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Plan and lead end-to-end marketplace campaigns including mega campaigns, product launches, flash sales, and other promotional programs.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and sales performance.
• Lead and manage the e-commerce team to ensure operational efficiency and strong campaign execution.
• Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, live streaming, customer service, and logistics teams to align strategies and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce, preferably in beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
• Proven experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
• Strong experience in planning and executing large-scale marketplace campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Familiarity with marketplace tools, dashboards, and performance analytics.
