Job summary

Kingwon in Malang is seeking a results-oriented online sales lead to develop and execute strategies that boost branch revenue and profit through e-commerce and marketplace management.

You will oversee sales optimization across platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop, analyze performance metrics, and lead a small team of admins and packing staff while hands-on with online selling activities to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, digital marketing, online sales, or business development.
• Understanding of how to increase sales through marketplaces and online channels.
• Knowledge of basic digital marketing, advertising, content, and social media.
• Comfortable reading data and using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proactive, critical thinking, solution-oriented, and business sense.
• Willing to take initiative and not always wait for instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase branch revenue and profit.
• Manage and optimize sales on marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.).
• Manage and analyze advertising, campaigns, vouchers, affiliates, live sessions, and marketplace programs.
• Analyze sales, traffic, complaints, conversion rates, margins, and product performance.
• Identify new opportunities and ideas to increase online sales.
• Develop content marketing strategies and direct content creation.
• Actively conduct online selling and identify potential buyers through various channels.
• Create prospecting and follow-up systems and teach sales methods to the team.
• Lead and direct 2 admin and packing staff members.
• Monitor team productivity and work results.
