Job summary

Morabito Art Villa is seeking a DW Steward to join our hospitality team in Badung, Bali on a part-time contract basis. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and guest satisfaction across dining and service areas, supporting waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service throughout guests' stay.

Ideal candidates have experience in hospitality or catering, strong attention to detail, and a professional, courteous attitude.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean and reset dining tables between seatings.
• Wash, dry and store crockery, glassware and cutlery.
• Maintain cleanliness in scullery, pantry and service areas.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas for events.
• Handle and store food and beverages safely.
• Support waitstaff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor stock and restock cleaning equipment.
• Follow health, safety and food hygiene procedures.
• Respond promptly to management and service staff requests.
