About the role

Morabito Art Villa is seeking a DW Cashier to join our hospitality team in Badung, Bali. This is a casual position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient and courteous financial transactions. As a DW Cashier, you will be responsible for managing cash operations, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records whilst upholding the highest standards of customer service that Morabito Art Villa is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Process guest payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash, card, and digital transactions
• Maintain accurate cash registers and reconcile daily financial records
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests whilst processing their transactions
• Balance cash drawers at the end of shifts and prepare financial reports
• Handle guest inquiries regarding billing and payment options with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with dining and hospitality staff to ensure seamless payment experiences
• Comply with all financial procedures, security protocols, and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier station

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar guest-facing hospitality role
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
• Strong numerical and cash handling skills with excellent attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are advantageous
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions
• Reliability, honesty, and a professional demeanour
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
